The Uganda National Examinations Board (UNEB) has announced that the results of the 2025 Primary Leaving Examination (PLE) will be officially released tomorrow, Friday, January 30, 2026.

In a statement shared on its official X (formerly Twitter) account, UNEB said the long-awaited results will be unveiled during an official release ceremony, marking the end of the assessment cycle for thousands of candidates who sat the examinations last year.

“The wait is over! The #PLE2025 results will be released tomorrow, 30th January 2026,” UNEB stated.

The release of the PLE results is a key milestone in Uganda’s education calendar, as it determines placement of successful candidates into secondary schools across the country. Parents, guardians, schools, and candidates are expected to closely follow the announcement.

UNEB is expected to provide details on overall performance trends, grading, and access procedures for individual results during the official event.

More details will be communicated following the release ceremony.
