In a night filled with glamour, appreciation, and electrifying entertainment, Kansai Plascon, Uganda’s leading paint manufacturer, hosted its highly anticipated 2025 Partners’ Gala at the iconic Kampala Serena Hotel Helipad.
Themed “Celebrating Loyalty, Building Sustainability,” the event paid tribute to the brand’s key distributors, partners, and industry stakeholders who have been instrumental in shaping its market leadership.

The gala lived up to its reputation for elegance and vibrant energy, treating guests to live entertainment, a luxurious dinner, and high-level networking. Ugandan pop star Vinka lit up the stage with an energetic performance of her top hits, turning the evening into an unforgettable celebration.
Delivering the keynote address, Kansai Plascon Managing Director Santosh Gumte applauded the guests for their unwavering dedication and loyalty.

“Tonight is a testament to the power of partnership,” Gumte said. “Each of you has played a crucial role in making Plascon Uganda’s most trusted paint brand. Your resilience, your commitment, and your belief in our mission have driven our growth. As we move forward, we pledge to invest in innovation, expand our product range, and grow this partnership to even greater heights.”
Gumte emphasised that sustainability goes beyond environmental concerns; it’s about building lasting businesses and partnerships by being responsive, investing in technology, and staying ahead in a dynamic market.

“We are not just in the paint business—we are in the business of transformation. Every can of Plascon paint represents possibility: for a new home, a revitalised school, or a growing enterprise. That’s why we’ll continue to innovate, listen, and partner with you closely—to ensure that the impact we create together is felt far and wide across Uganda.”
Brand Manager Daniel Adrian Kayongo reinforced this vision, emphasising that Plascon’s success is rooted in deep relationships, not just market share.

“Our achievements are not just about numbers—they’re about trust,” Kayongo noted. “The way you represent our brand, your commitment to quality, and your ability to connect with customers have made all the difference. We are committed to supporting your businesses with the tools, products, and innovations needed to continue transforming spaces.”
National Sales Manager Moses Kato praised the partners for going beyond transactions to create a meaningful impact: “At Plascon, we don’t just sell paint—we build dreams, support communities, and drive national progress. From sponsoring sports to empowering youth and maintaining industry standards, we walk this journey together.”

The scenic rooftop venue created the perfect backdrop for a night of recognition and celebration. Top-performing partners received special awards, with the event doubling as a platform for sharing success stories, industry insights, and collaborative visions for the future.
The gala reaffirmed Kansai Plascon’s commitment to strengthening partnerships and contributing meaningfully to Uganda’s development. The company’s leadership emphasised a future anchored in innovation, sustainability, and shared growth.

“Let’s raise our glasses—to loyalty, to sustainability, and to painting Uganda’s future in bold, vibrant colours,” Gumte concluded.
The highlight of the night was a thrilling performance by Ugandan music sensation Vinka from Swangz Avenue, who electrified the crowd with her hit songs, including “Believe,” “God Ye Buddy,” “Love Panic,” “Overdose,” “All Over You,” among others.

With its 2025 Partners’ Gala, Kansai Plascon once again demonstrated that its strength lies not just in premium products but in the people and partnerships that power its journey.
