Uganda’s Jacob Kiplimo has won the Senior Men’s World Cross-Country race.
Kiplimo clinched the men’s senior world title Saturday morning in 29:17 minutes in Bathurst, Australia.
Ethiopia’s Berihu Aregawi came second and took home a silver medal.

2019 winner Joshua Cheptegei finished third and brought home a bronze medal to supplement Kiplimo’s gold medal.
The commonwealth double champion Kiplimo now holds both the cross-country and half-marathon world titles.
