Rwanda President Paul Kagame on Wednesday received credentials from Uganda’s new envoy to Rwanda Maj Gen (Rtd) Robert Rusoke.
This happened at Urugwiro Village, the president’s office, in the capital Kigali.
On Friday, Gen Rusoke who is Uganda’s High Commissioner (designate) to the Republic of Rwanda, presented copies of his Credentials to Rwanda’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr Vincent Biruta.
He was also among the four envoys who presented their credentials to Kagame yesterday.
The others are; Merzak Bedjaoui of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria, Damptey Bediako Asare of the Republic of Ghana and Apostolic Nuncio to Rwanda, Archbishop Arnaldo Catalan.
