Kampala Crème Season 3 Finale: Friendships Fracture as Lines Are Drawn

After weeks of glamour, ambition, emotional confrontations and shifting alliances, Kampala Crème Season 3 is preparing for an explosive finale that promises to leave fans talking long after the credits roll.

Episode 13, aptly titled “Choosing Sides,” brings the season’s biggest tensions to a head. An explosive confrontation drives an even deeper wedge between Prima and Zahara Toto, rendering Henry’s attempts at mediation ineffective.

As emotions boil over, Zahara’s highly anticipated ZRL skincare launch faces an unexpected challenge when a rival event forces the cast to make a difficult decision.

At the centre of the finale is one question: Whose side will Umrah Murungi choose? With Zahara unveiling her ZRL skincare brand at the same time Sheena hosts an exclusive dinner party, Umrah finds herself caught between two important friendships. Her decision could redefine alliances going into the next season and determine which relationships remain intact. Throughout Season 3, Zahara and Umrah have remained the heartbeat of the show.

Whether navigating friendships, confronting critics or pursuing ambitious business ventures, both women consistently drove conversations on and off screen.

Their evolving relationship, moments of vulnerability and determination to succeed have given viewers some of the season’s most memorable television.

Away from the drama, Season 3 also highlighted the cast’s entrepreneurial ambitions. Zahara continued expanding the visibility of her ZRL skincare brand, using the platform to position herself as a growing beauty entrepreneur despite the personal conflicts surrounding her.

Umrah equally demonstrated that her ambitions extend beyond reality television. Alongside growing her fashion business, she increasingly opened up about her interest in property investment, signalling her desire to build long-term wealth beyond entertainment.

Sheena maintained her reputation as one of the show’s strongest businesswomen, continuing to develop her fashion brand while balancing the personal relationships that often placed her at the centre of the season’s biggest conversations.

One of the season’s biggest success stories, however, has been newcomer Tamara. Joining an established cast is rarely easy, but Tamara exceeded expectations in her first appearance on reality television. She quickly established herself as authentic, confident and unafraid to express her opinions without forcing unnecessary conflict.

Rather than fading into the background, she carved out her own identity, earning praise from viewers who appreciated her composure and genuine personality. Her perfume brand, KAI, also enjoyed increased visibility throughout the season, demonstrating how effectively reality television can serve as a platform for entrepreneurship when paired with authenticity and consistency.

As the curtain falls on Season 3, each cast member leaves with both achievements and opportunities for growth. While several businesses gained valuable exposure through the show, the next challenge will be converting television popularity into sustainable commercial success through stronger customer engagement, product innovation and consistent brand building beyond the cameras.

The finale also leaves viewers with plenty to anticipate. Will Zahara and Prima ever repair their fractured friendship? Can Umrah maintain relationships on both sides of the divide? Will the business rivalries continue to spill into personal relationships? And will new alliances emerge to reshape the dynamics of the group?

If Season 3 has proven anything, it is that the women of Kampala Crème are evolving beyond reality television personalities. They are steadily becoming influential brands, entrepreneurs and lifestyle figures whose stories extend far beyond the screen.

With unresolved rivalries, growing businesses and fresh opportunities waiting to unfold, all signs point to an even bigger and more unpredictable Season 4.

Don’t miss the season finale this Sunday at 8:00 p.m. on Pearl Magic Prime (Channel 148).
