Kampala – The Ministry of Education and Sports has announced that the 2025 Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE) examination results will be released on Friday, March 13, 2026.
According to a statement shared by the ministry on its official social media platforms, the results will be officially released at 11:00 am at State House, Nakasero.
The announcement was made by the Ministry of Education and Sports, which confirmed the date and venue for the release under the hashtag #UACE2025.
The UACE examinations are administered by the Uganda National Examinations Board (UNEB) and mark the final stage of secondary education in Uganda. The results determine eligibility for admission to universities and other tertiary institutions both locally and internationally.
The release ceremony is expected to be officiated by the Minister of Education and Sports, alongside senior officials from UNEB and other government representatives.
Thousands of candidates who sat for the examinations in 2025 are awaiting the results, which will indicate their performance across various subject combinations.
After the official release, UNEB typically makes results accessible to candidates through their schools and via mobile phone platforms.
The UACE results come after the earlier release of Primary Leaving Examination (PLE) and Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) results, completing the national examination cycle for the 2025 academic year.
Education stakeholders say the results will provide key insights into students’ academic performance and help guide placements for higher education institutions across the country.
