Former Buyende district DPC, ASP Muhammad Kirumira has been granted bail by the Police Disciplinary Court sitting on Thursday.
Kirumira appeared before the court on Thursday morning at the Naguru police headquarters in a session restricted from the press before being granted bail.

Odongpiny had also asked Kirumira to present sureties that are at a senior rank to his (Assistant Superintendent of Police).
On Thursday, Kirumira presented to court Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) Sam Omara as his surety and was accordingly grated bail on the earlier conditions.
