The latest developments have erased earlier media reports which had indicated that the results would be released yesterday Jan 10.

A total of 646,080 Primary Seven candidates registered to sit PLE in 2017 from 12,751 centres across the country out of whom almost three-quarters of the candidates were from Universal Primary Education (UPE) schools.

Of the total number of candidates, 333,495 were female while 312,585 were male.

There was reported massive leakage of national examinations both at primary seven and senior four last year. This was partly confirmed by the national examinations body and collaborated by police which arrested some culprits.

Parents in the country await to see how their children will perform amidst reports of the said examination leakage.

Did it affect the grading? Well, tomorrow is the day.
