When a traffic officer asked him to remove the car which was blocking other motorists, Kakama reportedly refused and drew his gun in an attempt to shoot the officer.

Two traffic police officers quickly grabbed him, wrestled him to the ground and disarmed him.

According to a video circulating on social media, the officers are seen wrestling Kakama down, disarming and apprehending him.

“Who do you want to shoot? Who? Why? Are you above the law? Who are you?” the officers are heard questioning the neutralized soldier.
