Kampala’s premier nightlife destination, 1420 Resto Bar, is set to celebrate its first anniversary on Wednesday, December 17, with a high-energy event in partnership with the luxury tequila brand Don Julio.
Headlining the night will be South African DJ and producer Dlala Thukzin, who will bring his acclaimed “Whereabouts” Tour to Bugolobi for a one-night-only performance. Renowned for his unique deejaying style and chart-topping hits such as “Ama Gear,” “Inkinga,” “Nika Nika,” “Ngyozama,” and “FOMO,” Dlala Thukzin is expected to deliver an electrifying set that blends Afro-house, deep grooves, and crowd-favourite anthems.
Joining him on the decks will be some of Kampala’s finest DJs, including DJ Alisha, Alza, Dash, and DJ Spinny, who will serve up a dynamic mix of old-school classics, Afro-house, Dancehall, and contemporary hits to keep the celebration lively throughout the night.
Global premium tequila brand Don Julio will take centre stage, offering guests a luxurious tequila experience complete with bespoke cocktails crafted from its premium range, including Don Julio Blanco and the iconic Don Julio 1942.
