The President of Sao Tome and Principe, H.E Carlos Manuel Vila Nova, has arrived in Uganda on a two-day working visit at the invitation of President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni.

He was received by the Director General of External Security Organization (ESO), Ambassador Joseph Ocwet and Air Force Commandant, Lt. Gen. Charles Okidi.

During his stay, H.E. Manuel will hold bilateral talks with President Museveni.
