Uganda’s Special Presidential Advisor on Special Operations, Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba, on Sunday joined Rwanda President Paul Kagame and the First Lady Jeannette Kagame on Car-Free-Day tour of the country’s capital, Kigali.
Gen Muhoozi is on a three-day private visit to Rwanda.

The bimonthly sports program sees thousands of residents across the city use the streets of Kigali to exercise while preserving the environment.

The city roads are closed and the day dedicated to sports, walking, jogging and cycling, among others.
