NCBA Bank Uganda has been officially named the platinum sponsor of the 4th edition of Auto Show Kampala, slated for July 12–13 at Kololo Independence Grounds.
The announcement was made during a press conference at NCBA’s head office, marking a major milestone in the lead-up to Uganda’s premier automotive event.
As platinum sponsor, NCBA Bank will power the event’s ticketing via its Muzuripay digital platform—an intuitive, fast, and secure payment solution. With Muzuripay, attendees will be able to book tickets seamlessly, bringing digital convenience to the forefront of the show experience.

Speaking at the launch, Edgar Tusiime, NCBA Bank’s Head of Marketing, highlighted the synergy between the Auto Show and the bank’s digital-first approach. “Muzuripay allows us to deliver a seamless customer experience while demonstrating what is possible when financial services meet everyday lifestyles,” he said.
NCBA Bank is also using the platform to spotlight its asset financing products tailored for car buyers and businesses. “Our goal is to remove the financial barriers to vehicle ownership. Whether you’re buying your first car, upgrading a fleet, or investing in a commercial vehicle, our asset financing products are built to support your journey,” said Adad Araguha, the bank’s Head of Asset Financing.
The 2025 Auto Show will feature an expansive lineup of attractions, including test drives, motorsport exhibitions like gymkhana and drifting, classic car parades, auto tech innovations, and family entertainment. The event is designed to give attendees hands-on interaction with the latest vehicles, expert knowledge on maintenance and upgrades, and a glimpse into sustainable mobility trends.

Allen Ssempa, Strategic Partnerships Lead at Auto Show Kampala, praised the partnership, noting the platform’s growth and evolving role in Uganda’s automotive landscape. “With NCBA’s backing, the 4th edition will be more exciting, more accessible, and more impactful for the public and industry players alike,” he said.
This year’s event will feature a strong lineup of partners: Mac East Africa (Isuzu) will showcase its iconic Isuzu D-Max series, Kansai Plascon will display its high-performance automotive paints, Britam will provide motor insurance services on-site and Nation Media Group, the official media partner, will deliver comprehensive coverage across multiple platforms.

The Auto Show is expected to draw thousands of attendees, including car lovers, families, entrepreneurs, and key players from the auto and finance industries. From stunt shows and live demos to exhibitor booths and product launches, the weekend promises a high-octane blend of business, entertainment, and innovation.
Tickets go on sale in June at selected NCBA Bank branches and via Muzuripay. Exhibitor registration is now open, with high demand anticipated.
