Abdul Latif Umar Bagoole is the Best student overall in Humanities at the ongoing 75th Makerere University Graduation ceremony with a CGPA of 4.97.
Bagoole, a student at Makerere University Business School (MUBS) will be graduating with Bachelors of Leisure and Hospitality Management on 15th January 2025.

Nzanika Sadera from MUBS Mbarara Campus will be recognised as the second-best overall student in Humanities.
Sadera has a CGPA of 4.92 in Bachelor of Human Resource Management.
“We congratulate her and all our graduands,” said management on X.

Of the 366 Masters graduands from MUBS, females outnumber their male counterparts.
Meanwhile, Alado Lawrence, the Valedictorian of the Class of 2025, also pulled off an outstanding achievement.
With an impressive CGPA of 4.56, Alado joins the esteemed ranks of first-class holders from the Makerere School of Law.

The First Session of Makerere University’s 75th Graduation Ceremony commenced on Monday, 13th August 2025, in Freedom Square, with Chancellor Dr. Crispus Kiyonga conferring PhDs upon 49 candidates.
