Nakawa grade one magistrate Noah Ssajabi has charged two of the four rearrested Kaweesi murder suspects with terrorism.
These were among the seven people accused of murdering former Police spokesperson AIGP Andrew Felix Kaweesi and two others who were released on bail by Nakawa magistrates court after clocking the six months mandatory period on remand without being committed to High court for trial.
The two; Ahmed Senfuka and Umar Maganda have been charged with terrorism before the Nakawa Grade one magistrate Noah Sajjabbi and have been denied plea given the grave nature of their case. It can only be tried by High Court.
This brings the total of acussed persons to be charged with similar charges to five.
The three who were charged last week are Ali Mugoya Byantuyo, Hibwagi Sinani and Abdul Kaala who were charged recently on top of the pending charges of murdering the late AIGP Kaweesi.
Prosecution alleges that these and others still at large were involved with the Allied Democratic Forces (ADF) between 2006 and April 2017 in Uganda and Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).
