The current Minister of Science and Technology who is also Member of Parliament for Sheena North, Dr Elioda Tumwesigye has joined Sheema Municipality Parliamentary race.
Dr. Elioda Tumwesigye on Tuesday picked nomination forms from NRM electoral commission offices in Kyadondo.
The race has also attracted David Kamukama, a Kampala based lawyer, Engineer Raymond Kamugisha from state house, Jonathan Bongonzya; a manufacturing consultant, Jonath Tumwiine; former commissioner in Public service commission, Cadre Mucunguzi; former RDC Kyotera ,Polly Nkwasiibwe Kataate and Joseph Mwebesa.
Elections for NRM primaries are slated for 31st May 2018 according to the NRM Electoral Commission.
