The planned gospel music explosion by multiple Award winning Christian Hiphop sensation, Lecrae which was scheduled to take place in Kampala has been postponed.

The shift follows an abrupt notice from Lacrae’s Management team which announced that due to circumstances beyond the singer’s control, the promoters had decided to move the date of the planned African tour to between 16th and 26th of August.

This pronunciation puts in balance, Kinetic Management group which was flying in the artiste for his first ever tour since the event planned to take place at Lugogo hockey grounds on Friday 8th June 2018 is unable to take place.

However, all is not lost for the fans back here in Uganda, as the notice stated that all tickets already purchased will be valid for the new dates, but should also one choose to, their tickets will be refunded at no cost.

This is not only a major setback for Kinetic management group in Uganda but also other partners involved in the tour like Cape Town, Johannesburg, Kampala, Nairobi and a few other cities.

Who is Lacrae?

Lecrae Devaughn Moore alias Lecrae, is an American Christian hip hop recording artiste, songwriter, record producer, actor and one of the brain behinds Reach records. He’s the President of the now-defunct non-profit organization Reach Life Ministries.
