Kampala Capital City Authority Football Club on Saturday beat Paidha Black Angels to retain the FUFA Super Cup that they won last season.
KCCA first saw the back of the net through Patrick Kaddu in the 7th minute before Allan Okello and Tito Okello contributed to the team’s take of the game beyond reach in the first half.
In the second half, both teams attempted to put the ball at the back of the net but their chances went begging.
Speaking to journalists after the game, KCCA FC tactician Mike Mutebi praised his youthful team for a job well done.
“It was a satisfying performance from the kids. I was impressed by the sense of maturity they exhibited, “Mutebi said.
KCCA won the super cup back to back after beating Vipers FC at the beginning of last season to lift the trophy.
