Newly appointed Kayunga Resident District Commissioner (RDC), Hajji Nsereko Mutumba, has passed on.
Hajji Mutumba is the former Spokesperson for Uganda Muslim Supreme Council.
According to reports, Mutumba passed on at Rubaga hospital where he was rushed Wednesday morning.
The cause of his death is not yet known.
Mutumba had just returned from attending the one-week RDC retreat at Kyankwanzi which closed on July 31.
