Lt Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba, the Commander of of UPDF Land Forces has this morning returned to Kigali, Rwanda on a second private visit.
He arrived at 11.30 am aboard a Chartered Uganda Airlines plane.
Muhoozi who is on a three-day visit is expected to meet with President Paul Kagame and senior Rwandan officials.
On arrival, the General was received by Uganda High Commission Staff led by Ms. Anne Katusiime the Charge d’Affaires and two Rwanda Government officials; Brig Gen Willy Rwagasana, the Head of Republican Guard and Col Ronald Rwivanga, the Spokesperson of Rwanda Defence Force.
