Fresh Dairy has launched a campaign dubbed ‘Work it’ aimed at encouraging children and adults to stay active while rejuvenating and hydrating with Fresh Dairy’s flavoured milk.

Numerous research suggests that drinking milk during or after post work out activity replenishes muscle synthesis and strength because it contains energy in form of carbohydrates and proteins that help during post-exercise recovery.

Vincent Omoth, Marketing Manager Fresh Dairy said, “At Fresh Dairy, we believe in giving consumers dairy products that elevate and delight their everyday living. We have launched ‘Work it’ – a campaign that is encouraging Ugandans to remain active through sports and work out sessions, while rejuvenating and hydrating with Fresh Dairy’s flavoured milk.”

As part of the ‘Work it’ campaign, Fresh Dairy is calling upon consumers to take part in the numerous digital challenges to showcase how they are working out while staying refreshed with Fresh Dairy’s flavoured milk, and stand a chance of winning more goodies for a period of 8 weeks, Omoth added.

“Working out could be a simple walk, jog, gym work, boxing, jumps, karate while sports range from football, tennis, swimming, hockey, gymnastics, netball, volley ball and wood ball among others.”

According to Ministry of Education and Sports, sports and exercise not only enhances citizen’s wellness, health, productivity but the actual image of Uganda.

Fresh Dairy’s flavoured milk is popular for its sleek and easy to hold trendy slim packs, being an on-the-go ready to drink snack, offering great refreshment anytime and most especially during and post sports work-out activities, added Omoth.

Omoth noted that Fresh Dairy’s flavoured milk comes in three (3) amazing flavours – Vanilla, Strawberry and chocolate; offers 2 carton options – 24 and 12 pack cartons and 2 pack sizes – 500ml and 250ml.

Omoth concluded by noting that for order delivery of Fresh Dairy’s flavoured milk, consumers can place orders Monday to Saturday, 8am to 5pm by simply calling Fresh Dairy’s customer care toll free on 0800 100 020/21 or WhatsApp 0715 744 664.
