The youth convention which brings together Ugandans living in the United Kingdom, will take place on May 26 2018 at Royal Regency Hall, Manor Park in London.

Registration for those who want to attend is ongoing on the convention website.

Chameleone will perform alongside seven other artistes including Iryn Ntale, Sumayya Sheebah and comedian MC Kapale.

The convention is aimed at empowering the youth, promoting education as well as supporting rights and well being of the youth.

The UK Uganda Youth Convention 2018 is a grass-root organization in the diaspora that will promote education, empowerment of the youth, women and support promotion of rights and well-being of the young, especially those who lack awareness in different ways.

It seeks to increase awareness through increased sensitisation through workshops, conferences, youth camps, conventions, seminars, as well as work with the government and other organisation to create a bright future for the needy young and youth.
