H.E. Oliver Wonekha, Ambassador of the Republic of Uganda to the People’s Republic of China presented her credentials to H.E. Xi Jinping, the President of the People’s Republic of China.
The ceremony took place on 24th April 2023 at the Great Hall of China.
Wonekha has served as Uganda’s Ambassador to the People’s Republic of China, since 2022.
She previously served as the country’s Ambassador to the United States of America, from 2013, until 2017.
Thereafter, she served as Uganda’s High Commissioner to the Republic Of Rwanda between 2017 and 2022.
