Contrary to the old love saying which states that “When someone you love says goodbye, you can stare long and hard at the door they closed and forget to see all the doors God has opened in front of you”, Singer Alex Bagonza alias A Pass, seems to have gathered himself up, to move on and may be, find another person to love later.

This is after his longtime “crush” and popular media personality, Flavia Tumusiime became a married woman.

A Pass’ made his feelings towards Flavia public in 2015, when he severally used social media to express how deeply he felt love for the radio and TV personality.

In fact, in February, 2016, the ‘Guli Wano’ singer penned down a Valentine’s message for Flavia, revealing how he wished to love and not ‘fix her’.

But, she remained adamant to respond to him, save for once when she revealed that she was in love with someone already, although the lucky man was not yet known to the public.

The musician, who probably, thought that whoever presses on finally achieves, never relented on the chain of tweets, asking Flavia to rescue him from the lonely ‘sea’ of love he was marred.

On November 17, 2018, the NTV news anchor, surprised the nation, when she introduced sports journalist, Andrew Kabuura, to his parents as her husband-to-be.

On receiving the news, heart broken A Pass couldn’t hold his tears. He took to Instagram and declared seven days of crying on a mountain.

“The best thing to do now is to move on, what has happened has happened, as painful as it may be I have to go forward like Amama mbabazi…. a wise man once told me the best revenge is to improve yourself… now am going to improve myself and come back stronger,” his post on Instagram read in parts.

“There is nothing I can do about the issue now even if I switch off the TV the news will still go on. At this moment no one can console me at all so I will be going off the internet to cry for seven days on a mountain #GuliWano
Good Bye,” A Pass added.

Yesterday, the two love birds, exchanged wedding vows at a ceremony presided over by Bishop Zac Niringiye at All Saints Cathedral Nakasero in Kampala, completely ending A Pass’ hopes.

He then ran to Twitter and sarcastically said that talks of crushing on Flavia were nothing but a joke.

He then surprisingly wished her a happy marriage.

“About the crush on Flavia, we all know I was joking. I respect and believe that however entertaining it sounds to have me crushing on her, it should end today in respect of her marriage,
I wish Flavia and Andrew a blessed marriage ? #GuliWano,” he tweeted.
