Prime Minister Rt Hon Robinah Nabbanja has met western region leaders at National Leadership Training Institute Kyankwanzi

The leaders who included; Resident District Commissioners (RDCs), Chief Administrative Officers (CAOs), LCV Chairpersons, Municipal Mayors, Regional Presidential advisors and National Resistance Movement (NRM) District Chairpersons from the western region, have been undergoing a three-day retreat on the implementation of the NRM Manifesto

“While closing a retreat for Local Government leaders at Kyankwanzi today, I emphasized the importance of monitoring & supervision of Government of Uganda programs to ensure quality and value for money. We can’t get results if we don’t supervise,” Nabbanja said.

The Premier reminded leaders the importance of patriotism, teamwork and monitoring while executing their work.

The Minister for Presidency, Milly Babirye Babalanda, State Minister for Public Service, Mary Grace Mugasa, and State Minister for Economic Monitoring, Peter Ogwang, accompanied the Prime Minister.
Facilitators at the retreat included among others; Richard Todwong, NRM Secretary-General, Major Gen Sam Kavuma, ICT Minister Dr. Chris Baryomunsi, Director of NRM Manifesto Wills Bashasha, Director NALI Brig Charles Kisembo, Ritah Namuwenge, Head Emyooga Desk at State House, officials from PDM Secretariat, PS Kakande, and Senior Presidential Advisor, Ephraim Kamuntu.
