Through shared experiences and professional insights, the event attended by over 180 ladies, aimed to inspire participants to strengthen their businesses and expand their impact within their communities.

During the session, participants engaged in discussions that focused on financial discipline, resilience in business, leadership and strategic growth.

Speakers drawn from the business community and other professional sectors shared personal experiences and practical lessons that offered inspiration and guidance to the attendees.

Veronica Namagembe, Managing Director Pride Bank, emphasized the importance of building strong support systems for women entrepreneurs in order to unlock their full economic potential.

“At Pride Bank, we firmly believe that empowering women in business goes beyond providing financial services. It involves creating platforms where women can learn from one another, share experiences, and build networks that strengthen their businesses and communities,” she said.

The event also provided an opportunity for participants to connect with fellow entrepreneurs, exchange ideas, and explore partnerships that could enhance their businesses.

She noted that such engagements continue to foster a community of women who support and motivate each other in navigating the business landscape.

Through initiatives such as the Women’s Breakfast Meeting, Pride Bank continues to reinforce its commitment to financial inclusion and the growth of women-led enterprises.

“The bank remains focused on providing tailored financial solutions and support systems that enable women entrepreneurs to succeed.”

The Pride Women’s Breakfast Meeting is part of the bank’s broader commitment to empowering women economically by creating platforms where they can access mentorship, practical knowledge, and networks that support business growth.

The initiative recognizes the critical role women play in driving entrepreneurship, employment, and economic development.
