The Thrones Lounge, home to the popular monthly event ‘The Big Meeting’, recently hosted an unforgettable evening of fun, food, and festivities. Partygoers gathered to mingle, enjoy good food and drinks, and soak up the vibrant atmosphere.
The highlight of the evening was a cocktail-making session, where guests had the opportunity to craft their own signature drinks inspired by The Singleton’s rich, smooth single malt. Many attendees took to social media to show off their creations, donning mixologists’ aprons and snapping photos to commemorate the moment.
The fashion was equally impressive, with guests showcasing their unique styles, from elegant to chic.
The evening’s entertainment was kick-started by DJs Kamali and Lynda Ddane, who brought the house down with their eclectic sets.
DJ Kamali’s electronic and Afro-house beats had the crowd locked in, while Lynda Ddane’s classic hits from Africa and the Caribbean kept the energy high.
The pièce de résistance was a special performance by Vinka, who got the entire venue dancing with her hits “Thank God,” “Bailando,” and her latest single “Lalala.”
“I loved making my own cocktail – it’s liberating to personalize it to my taste,” said one of the revellers.
Simon Lapyem, Brand Manager of The Singleton, explained that the event was designed to give consumers the freedom to express themselves through the brand’s flavor and creativity. “Enjoying a good drink should be as fun and unique as the people having it,” he added.
For those who missed the October edition, the next ‘Big Meeting’ will take place on November 30, the last Sunday of the month.
