“As we wait for 1st July. After three fulfilling years and two months, I will resign as Head of External and Corporate Affairs at Uganda Baati Ltd, effective June 30, 2025,” Rumanyika announced on X.

“It has been an honour to lead strategic communications, policy advocacy and stakeholder engagement through a period of growth and transformation. I’m proud of the milestones and impact we have achieved as a team.”

Rumanyika also extended appreciation to the leadership of Uganda Baati and its parent company, the Safal Group, as well as to key institutional partners, including the Ministry of Finance, Uganda Revenue Authority (URA), Uganda Manufacturers Association (UMA), Private Sector Foundation Uganda (PSFU), East African Business Council (EABC), and the Uganda Iron and Steel Association, among others.

“I am grateful… for your unwavering support,” he noted, emphasising the spirit of collaboration that has defined his tenure.
