St. Mary’s College Kisubi (SMACK) has once again demonstrated its academic excellence in the 2024 Senior Four results, with impressive performances across various subjects.
According to the summary of results, the school recorded a strong performance in the sciences.
In Biology, 230 students obtained distinctions, while 157 secured credits. Chemistry had 34 distinctions and 306 credits, whereas Physics saw 197 students achieving distinctions. Mathematics also recorded high scores, with 164 distinctions and 200 credits.
The humanities also showed commendable results. History and Political Education had 147 students with distinctions, while Geography recorded 186 distinctions.
English performed well, with 161 distinctions and 213 credits. However, Literature in English had a smaller number of high achievers, with 13 students obtaining distinctions.

In other subjects, Entrepreneurship had 86 distinctions, while Agriculture saw 43 students excel. Technology and Design had six distinctions, and French recorded four. Kiswahili and Physical Education had fewer candidates but still produced notable results.
Notably, the school also excelled in project-based assessments, with 377 students attaining high grades.
With no failures recorded, SMACK continues to uphold its legacy as one of Uganda’s top academic institutions. These results reflect the school’s commitment to academic excellence and holistic student development.
