Lusaka, Zambia – In a momentous occasion at the World Public Relations Forum (WPRF) taking place in Chennai, India, the Zambia Institute of Public Relations and Communication (ZIPRC) has emerged as the World PR Association of the Year for 2023.

The announcement was made during the 2023 WPRF, a global gathering of public relations and communication professionals, thought leaders, and experts which is currently underway in Chennai, India.

ZIPRC has demonstrated dedication to promoting professionalism, ethical standards, and innovation in the field of PR and stood out among the finalists including APCE of Portugal and Vietnam Public Relations Network.

This recognition reaffirms the government’s commitment to professionalizing the practice of PR in Zambia.

It also underscores the dedication of ZIPRC members, partners, and stakeholders who have supported the Institute’s mission to elevate the standards of PR practice in Zambia and make a positive impact on our society.

The Global PR Association of the Year award recognizes organizations that have made outstanding contributions to the public relations industry, demonstrated leadership in their region, and showcased innovation in communication practices.
