He identified the suspect as Prison Warder Jacob Otim, 28.

The victims are; Wardress Eunice Abwot, 25, and Warder Edward Namanya, 29, both attached to Bugungu Prison.

According to Baine, Warder Otim signed a gun to go for general duties only to head to the Sentry where Wardress Abwot was working and shot head dead instantly.
