Alupo, who is also the Chancellor of St Lawrence University, encouraged universities to offer all-round education to their students without a bias in science programs.

She urged the graduates to remember the valuable lessons and experiences gained during their stay at the university.

“These experiences have not only shaped your academic knowledge but also cultivated essential skills like critical thinking problem solving and effective communication. It is these skills that will undoubtedly serve as a foundation for your future successes,” she noted.

“I can confidently inform you that we have gone through all preliminary stages and finally defended our application. We are anxiously waiting for inspection from NCHE and hope to be chartered soon,” he revealed.

He said the institution also plans to automate all its operations to increase efficiency and effectiveness, expand the university’s sources of revenue, rejuvenate the research arm and expand student hostel facilities.
