It is my delight and Honor to express my felicitations on this historical occasion when his Majesty Dr Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru Rukidi IV celebrates His 23rd coronation anniversary.

As a mother, I have keenly watched my son with high hopes since his early days as a prince. Raising the Omukama is still untold challenge.

In 1995 when my husband the Late Omukama Kaboyo Olimi died, there was a tumble down when Prince Oyo was later crowned King at the age of three (3) shortly after and I thought I was having a nightmare that would come to pass.

However, by God’s grace, I have witnessed the King grow from stage to stage. I have admired His leadership acumen and skills to listen.

From his God-fearing and respectful character, I am confident that He is effectively managing the administration of Tooro kingdom. I therefore use this opportunity to extend my heartfelt appreciations to each and every one from all walks of life who have complimented my role of raising the King.

May God bless you all abundantly.

Long live His Royal Majesty Dr Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru Rukidi IV.

HANGIRIZA AGUTAMBA.
