Sheila Nduhukire is NMS New Principal Public Relations Officer

Prominent journalist and NBS TV news anchor Sheila Nduhukire has been appointed National Medical Stores (NMS) Principal Public Relations Officer.

NMS is the government agency mandated to procure, store and supply medicines and essential health supplies to public health facilities across Uganda.

Nduhukire replaces Dan Kimosho who quit the job to join active politics and was elected MP of Kazo District.

She holds two masters degrees; International Public Relations and Global Communications Management from Cardiff University, UK and an MBA from ESAMI, Arusha Tanzania.

The communications specialist takes charge at a time NMS is strengthening its operations including opening a state-of-the-art pharmaceuticals warehouse in Kajjansi and embarking on digitizing the supplies chain to rural-based health facilities.
