The deal will by far be the best offer in the Uganda Premier League.

During the unveiling at the pompous event held at city oil Kamwokya, Omar Mandela the club president noted that with the support, fans and football lovers should expect an entertaining game of football.

He noted that the $150,000 package per annum, will help improve the welfare of the team.

Mandela is said to be behind the deal through his business ties with the Tire group. Linglong will appear on Villa’s front shirt for the forthcoming season.

Meanwhile, Cathy Kao, head of International Business Linglong Tire, said, “It’s my honour to stand here and have this chance for this event, Linglong has had a corporate friendship with Villa for more than 15 years. The two are not joined for business relations only, we are more than friends, we are family.”

She noted that Mandela and the LingLong Tire President Wang have a good relationship, adding “In the future, we want to work hand in hand, corporate with each other and bring good luck for the two parties. Our President Wang also loves Sports very much.”

SC Villa’s chairman of the Members Trust, Gerald Ssendaula, said the support will make a huge difference in Villa’s quest for supremacy.
