At its core, Rising Woman seeks to recognize, celebrate, and promote a culture of Mentorship among Women in Business by creating an environment that propels women-led businesses forward.

She encouraged them to step out of their comfort zones and focus on business direction and product quality.

Ntabaazi, who was the Guest of Honour, noted that the government addresses limitations faced by women entrepreneurs such as access to land and credit, clarifying that empowering women can expedite the realization of Vision 2040.
