Pictorial: Canary Mugume Weds long-time Fiancée Ferguson

NBS TV Journalist Canary Mugume has Saturday tied knot with long-time girlfriend Fiona Nagirinya commonly known as Sasha Ferguson.

The two said their vows at Miracle Centre Cathedral Rubaga, at a service presided over by Pastor Robert Kayanja and his wife Jessica Kayanja.

Canary and his bestman rocked white Jackets, black bowties and black pants, Sasha wore an Illusion neck style and a silver tiara.

In a tweet, Canary said “Just in: Married my Best Friend. Mr & Mrs Mugume. She’s so beautiful.”

The two after saying their vows, left in a Mercedes Benz GLE 400 coupe convoy.

The couple hosted their friends and family at the luxurious Speke Resort Munyonyo.

“Congratulations to @CanaryMugume on your new journey of marriage. May God be amidst your family all the time,” NBS Television congratulated the love birds.

Canary’s Workmate Simon Kaggwa Njala said, “Congs Canary Mugume, I can now proudly call you musajja munange. Plus see me after your honeymoon for entandikwa and some practical tips. I too looked this dapper almost twenty years ago. May yours be filled with joy and prosperity. Fiona has all traits of a Nalongo.”
