Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) law enforcers have today implemented ‘trade order’ stopping vending and mechanical works on Kampala downtown streets.
Tension engulfed Kiseka market aka ‘Benghazi’ as police fired live ammunition to disperse enraged vendors and roadside mechanics.
Some of the Kiseka market traders were seen gathered in groups as tension built up while others closed their shops and ran for safety the moment bullets were fired.
