Ndejje Building Collapse Death Toll Rises to 4

Four people have been confirmed dead after a storeyed building collapsed in Ndejje Kibutika in Entebbe Municipality Wakiso district.

Kampala Metropolitan Police Deputy Spokesperson Luke Owoyesigyire said eight people were recovered alive.

The injured are currently receiving treatment at different hospitals.

So far, three deceased persons have been identified.

The names are; Namaganda Shamilah, 1.5 years, Musinguzi Boaz, 36, and one only identified as Kasujja a male adult.

Owoyesigyire said investigations into the unfortunate incident have commenced.

On Wednesday morning, four people were removed from the collapsed building alive and rushed to different hospitals while three bodies were been recovered and conveyed to City Mortuary Mulago for Post-mortem.
