NBS TV gives KCCA Shs500m for Kampala city festival

NBS TV has entered a Shs500m partnership with Kampala Capital City Authority [KCCA] towards the Kampala City Festival scheduled for December this year.

NBS TV chief executive officer, Kin Kariisa, Chief Marketing officer, Pamela Adongo and KCCA Executive Director Jennifer Musisi officiated the partnership.

Rehabilitating schools in the nation’s capital is the aim of this festival, CEO Kariisa said.

NBS TV CEO Kin Kariisa, Marketing officer Pamela and KCCA ED Musisi

“It is within this content that NBS TV offered Shs500m to contribute in bettering education’s standards in Kampala city,” he added.

This 3-day long festival will be the 6th edition of the Kampala City Festival.

The event is expected to bring together over 5 million people; it will begin on 6th October with a charity concert at which Diamond Platnumz is the guest artist and end on 8th with a street party.

These festivities will be live on NBS TV.
