Comprising men, women, and youth from Kinkizi East and West, the Nyekundire Group actively mobilises support for President Museveni and the NRM government. The President lauded their steadfast loyalty and credited them for defending the party’s unity.

President Museveni pledged UGX 500 million for their SACCO to bolster their efforts. He also committed to providing a hatchery and a brooder to boost poultry farming within the group. Additionally, he assured residents of improved road infrastructure, highlighting key projects such as the Kanyantorongo and Bwindi-Kisoro roads.
