Makerere University to Hold 74th Graduation Ceremony on January 22, 2024

Makerere University will hold its 74th Graduation ceremony from Monday 22nd to Friday 26th January, 2024.

This is according to a circular to all stakeholders signed by Prof. Buyinza Mukadasi, the Academic Registrar.

“The Academic Registrar wishes to inform the public that the 74th Graduation ceremony will be held from Monday 22nd to Friday 26th January 2024,” reads the circular.

On Monday 22nd January 2024, students from the College of Natural Sciences (CONAS), College of Health Sciences (CHS) and School of Law (SOL) will be the first to be conferred their degrees.

This will be followed by the College of Education and External Studies (CEES) and the College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences (CAES) on Tuesday, 23rd January 2024.

On Wednesday, January 24, students from the  College of Business and Management Sciences (COBAMS), College of Computing and Information Sciences (COCIS) and College of Veterinary Medicine, Animal Resources and Bio-Security (COVAB) will graduate.

Thursday, January 25 will be dedicated to students from Makerere University Business School (MUBS).

On the last day of graduation, students from the  College of Engineering, Design, Art and Technology (CEDAT) and College of Humanities and Social Sciences (CHUSS) will also graduate.
