Lawyer turned Communication Professional, Gloria Asio Omaswa, Appointed President’s PPS

President Museveni has appointed Gloria Asio Omaswa, as his Principal Private Secretary, replacing Kenneth Omona, who has been appointed as the State Minister for Northern Uganda.

She studied law at Makerere University and attended the Law Development Centre before she entered the communication world eventually earning a Master’s in communication strategy at the Brand Centre, VCU, USA.
