Farmers living in and around Kira Municipality, Wakiso district are set to hold a pre-festive season exhibition at the Farmers Point in Kira on Saturday 18.

Laban noted that they decided to organize the Exhibition (bimonthly) to help bring together all sector players in one place, to help them also interact and share knowledge.

He appreciated government and the banking institutions for helping develop the agricultural sector through the Agriculture Credit Facility, which helps farmers get loans at low interest rates, among others.

Musinguzi however asked government to help intensify the fight against fake agricultural inputs that are flooding the market.
