South Sudan’s President Salva Kiir on Friday issued a decree appointing Mou Mou Athian Kuol as the undersecretary for the newly established Ministry for East African Community Affairs.
The decree, announced by the state-owned South Sudan Broadcasting Corporation (SSBC), assured government support to the new ministry.
Mou had worked as Secretary General of South Sudan’s Secretariat for the East African Community and Undersecretary at the Ministry of General and Higher Education.
