Former Inspector General of Police (IGP) Gen Kale Kayihura has arrived at the Makindye general court martial on Friday morning where he is set to be formally charged since his arrest in June.
Kayihura arrived in the court clad in fully military combat a few minutes to 10am. The court room is packed with relatives, lawyers, friends and the press.
By publication time, Kayihura was in the dock.
