Justina Ntabgoba has been appointed as BAT’s  Corporate and Regulatory Affairs Manager.

She joined BAT in April 2021 to lead BAT Uganda’s External Affairs agenda.

Prior to her current appointment, she worked with Gemini Consult in Kampala as the Strategy Lead.

Justina has over 15 years of cross-sectoral experience in Corporate Affairs, having worked in different organisational environments and cultures. This has largely been in the telecommunications sector where she spent over eight years, most recently with MTN Uganda as the Senior Manager-Corporate Affairs.

Prior to that, she served Airtel Uganda as the PR Manager and later, the CSR Manager

Justina is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration from University of East London and holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Communications from Howard University. She is a member of the Public Relations Association of Uganda (PRAU).
