Jessica Alupo Appointed Uganda’s Vice President As Museveni Names Cabinet

President Yoweri Museveni has Tuesday evening released names of his new cabinet appointing former minister of education, Maj (Rtd) Jessica Alupo as the country’s new Vice President replacing former Bukoto Central MP Edward Kiwanuka Ssekandi.

Alupo is also an elected member of parliament as Katakwi District’s women’s representative.
