H.E Sayyid Ebrahim Raisolsadati, President of the Islamic Republic of IRAN has arrived in Uganda.
The Iranian president arrived at Entebbe International Airport on Wednesday afternoon. He was received by the State Minister for Foreign Affairs, Henry Okello Oryem.
President Rais later proceeded to StateHouse Entebbe where he was officially welcomed by President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni.
The two leader will hold bilateral talks at State House, Entebbe. They will later address the media. The address will also be relayed live on Television.
The two Heads-Of-State will also address a business forum at Al-Mustafa University, Kyengera.
According to Statehouse Uganda, the visit by the Iranian leader is aimed at strengthening cooperation and trade between the two sister countries.
