The starting line-up for Uganda Cranes against Ethiopia is out as confirmed by head coach Milutin Sredojevic.

The match was initially meant to kick off at 2pm but re-adjusted to 3pm because of the constant rains in Bahir Dar.

Isima Watenga starts is in goal, debutant Enock Walusimbi is at right back and Joseph Benson Ochaya at left back.

Murushid Juuko and Halid Lwaliwa partner in central defense.

Denis Iguma, Khalid Aucho, Moses Waiswa, Abdul Lumala and Milton Karisa in midfield.

Team captain Emmanuel Arnold Okwi will lead the quest for goals.

Tadeo Lwanga (slight knock) and Martin Kizza are unavailable for this match.

Both Uganda and Ethiopia will use the build-up as preparation road map to the up-coming FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 qualifiers.

Milutin Micho Sredojevic who was appointed Uganda Cranes coach last month said the friendly match comes at the right time for his team that has been training for two weeks now.

“This match will help us assess several aspects before we travel to face Kenya,” revealed Sredojevic.

On Saturday, the Uganda Cranes beat Ethiopian Premier League side Fasil Kenema 1-0 in a practice match played in Bahir Dar.

Uganda Cranes XI: Isima Watenga (1 – G.K), Enock Walusimbi (16), Joseph Benson Ochaya (2), Halid Lwaliwa (15), Murushid Juuko (4), Denis Iguma (12), Khalid Aucho (8), Moses Waiswa (23), Abdu Lumala (22), Milton Karisa (13), Emmanuel Arnold Okwi (7 – Captain)
